This includes competency assessment and training, HSE compliance, risk mitigation and operation budgets. Effective management ensures high productivity, compliance with industry standards and adherence to safety regulations according to organisational goals and Approved Data/ Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)/ regulatory requirements. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Carry out aerospace sheet metal structure maintenance competency assessment. 2.
