This includes gathering data on current practices, soliciting feedback from stakeholders (technicians, manufacturers and customers) and employing quality management methodologies to improve efficiency related to repair work process, technological applications, staff competency development and HSE procedures while complying to Approved Data/ Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)/ regulatory requirements. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Carry out aerospace sheet metal structure maintenance work process improvement. 2.
