The person who is competent in this CU should be able to generate aerospace sheet metal structure maintenance work instructions, prepare aerospace sheet metal structure maintenance manpower requirements, prepare aerospace sheet metal structure maintenance material list, prepare aerospace sheet metal structure maintenance tools and equipment requirements and coordinate aerospace sheet metal structure maintenance logistics. The goal is to optimise resource use, minimise downtime, and perform maintenance efficiently and cost-effectively while maintaining quality and safety standards and complying to Approved Data/ Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)/ regulatory requirements. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Generate aerospace sheet metal structure maintenance work instructions. 2. Prepare aerospace sheet metal structure maintenance manpower requirements. 3. Prepare aerospace sheet metal structure maintenance material list. 4. Prepare aerospace sheet metal structure maintenance tools and equipment requirements. 5. Coordinate aerospace sheet metal structure maintenance logistics. |
