| Penerangan CU | Perform Steam Boiler Servicing and testing is inspecting, repairing, troubleshooting and maintaining the steam boiler equipment. Key tasks include inspecting parts, cleaning buildup, testing safety controls, checking for leaks, adjusting settings, and documenting findings. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to identify scope of steam boiler servicing and testing, carry out service steam boiler component, carry out steam boiler fitting leak test, carry out steam boiler pressure relief valve test, carry out steam boiler hydrostatic test and record steam boiler servicing and testing activities. The outcome of this CU is the ability to carry out servicing boiler equipment. These activities are to prevents breakdowns, reduces energy costs, increase efficiency, ensures boiler keep running optimally and prolong steam boiler lifespan in accordance with compliance SHE regulations. |
