| Penerangan CU | Monitor solar PV system installation progress is to determine the job completion status for each job scope by comparing the actual status with the project schedule plan. This procedure will involve activities such as to identify project progress requirement include preliminary work progress, pre-installation progress, installation progress and post-installation progress as well. Monitoring installation progress is crucial for tracking the project progress against the project mission, making it easier to stay on course and make necessary adjustments if the project starts drifting off target in order to achieve the project goal, timely and financially. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to assess solar PV system progress monitoring requirement, assess preliminary work progress, assess pre-installation progress, assess installation progress and assess post-installation progress. The outcome of this CU installation progress of all work activities status along the project development process for evaluation, planning and decision making is monitored upon the project execution according to project requirement. |
