This is included to plan, analyse, execute, and monitor the preliminary work progress, pre-installation progress, and installation progress of solar power systems. The installation progress must be managed to verify the quality checks to ensure installation works follow project plans and commercial requirements. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to analyse progress requirement, analyse preliminary work progress, analyse pre-installation progress, analyse installation progress and analyse post-installation progress. The outcome of this CU is installation progress of all work activities status along the project development process for evaluation, planning and decision making is evaluated upon the project execution according to project requirement. |
