They require a commitment to understanding the client’s economic situation, developing tailored financial strategies and maintaining strong, ongoing relationships. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to implement the client’s retention strategy and administer clients’ financial plan performance review and execute after-sales services. The outcome of this CU is executing the client's retention strategy. This involves reviewing and recommending the strategy and compiling an annual financial performance report for the client. The after-sales service plans are then organised based on the client’s updated data. |
