This process helps financial advisors or planners provide accurate and practical financial advice. The personnel should be proficient in providing the client's required products and services information, consolidating relevant documents needed for the products and services providers, and arranging the documents for delivery to the clients. The person competent in this CU should be able to provide client’s required product and services, consolidate products and services providers’ required documents and arrange client’s document delivery. The outcome of this CU is effective communication with products and services providers via multiple communications received proposals from products and services providers compiled for the financial planner's consideration for further recommendation and review and all documents thoroughly verified before sending them out to the client as per the client’s financial goal and objective. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcomes of this competency are to enable the trainees to perform effective communication with products and services providers via multiple communications. The received proposals will be compiled for the financial planner's consideration, as well as for further recommendation and review. All documents also thoroughly verified before sending them out to the client as per the client’s financial goal and objective. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Provide client’s required product and services. 2. Consolidate products and services providers’ required documents. 3. Arrange client’s document delivery. |
