The person who is competent in this CU should be able to determine economic sector and special interest tour guiding requirement, organise information of economic sector and special interest site, perform economic sector and special interest tour guiding and prepare economic sector and special interest tour report. The outcome of this CU is the successful delivery of high-quality tours that are well-organised, informative, engaging and safe, resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction and memorable experiences for participants in accordance with the tour guiding requirements. |
