This competency encompasses a range of tasks and responsibilities related to logistics coordination, customer service, communication, and problem-solving. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to carry out tourist arrival preparation, determine tour transport for arrival or departure, conduct meet and greet, assist tourist accommodation check in and coordinate tourist departure. The outcome of this CU is the seamless facilitation of all aspects of the arrival and departure processes, resulting in a positive and smooth experience for tourist in accordance with arrival and departure requirement. |
