| Penerangan CU | Conduct Advanced Ceramic Machine Maintenance describes activities carried to ensure the function of machines, tools are in good state and operational. This is to cut downtime, reduce costs, enhance precision, and ensure compliance of manufacturing operations. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to establish machine maintenance requirements, prepare tools and equipment and consumables for maintenance, execute preventive maintenance, execute corrective maintenance and execute calibration work. The outcome of this CU is the trainee can competently well-maintained machine, equipment and tools in good operational condition and functioning according to specification and maintenance requirements. |
