| Penerangan CU | Perform Electric Vehicle Car Exterior Assembly is a competency involving the assembly and installation of exterior components in accordance with vehicle manufacturing specification and work instruction EVC exterior assembly. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to install EVC lamp assembly, install EVC bumper assembly, install EVC front wind shield and rear glass, install EVC wiper system assembly, install EVC wheel, connect EVC tail gate or trunk lid trim component assembly, install EVC hood assembly, install EVC auxiliary 12V battery and execute EVC performance vacuum and filling. The outcome of this CU is assemble these components to ensure the installation quality of EVC exterior components in accordance with self-check awareness, manufacturing specification and work instruction EVC exterior assembly. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcomes of this competency are to enable the trainees assemble these components to ensure the installation quality of EVC exterior components in accordance with self-check awareness, manufacturing specification and work instruction EVC exterior components. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Install EVC lamp assembly. 2. Install EVC bumper assembly. 3. Install EVC front wind shield and rear glass. 4. Install EVC wiper system assembly. 5. Install EVC wheel assembly. 6. Connect EVC tail gate or trunk lid trim component assembly. 7. Install EVC hood assembly. 8. Install EVC auxiliary 12V battery. 9. Execute EVC performance vacuum and filling. |
