The person who is competent in this CU should be able to initiate process control project, develop project plan, develop process control project technical scope, prepare procurement documents, evaluate potential vendors’ technical bid, coordinate project implementation and prepare project closure documentation. The outcome of this CU is the successful delivery of process control projects that meet technical specifications, timelines, and budget constraints while aligning with organizational objectives and industry standards. |
