| Penerangan CU | Implement electronic equipment and appliance Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) describes executing a structured maintenance plan aimed at minimizing breakdowns, enhancing performance and extending the lifespan of the equipment. TPM focuses on proactive maintenance tasks such as regular inspections, cleaning, lubrication, part replacements and system checks to prevent unexpected failures. This approach requires collaboration between operators and technicians to identify early signs of wear or malfunction. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to identify electronic TPM plan, carry out electronic routine inspection maintenance, carry out electronic cleaning and lubrication maintenance, carry out electronic component replacement maintenance, carry out electronic device firmware upgrades maintenance and produce TPM activity report. The outcome of this CU is electronic equipment and appliance remain in optimal working condition, reducing downtime, improving efficiency and saving costs in the long run. |
