| Penerangan CU | Troubleshoot faulty electronic equipment and appliance describes the systematic process of troubleshooting the cause of malfunctions by identifying and isolating faults within the electronic equipment and appliance. Senior Technicians will use testing tools such as multimeter, oscilloscope and diagnostic software to evaluate components like resistors, capacitors and integrated circuits. The process includes checking for obvious signs of damage such as burnt components, loose connections or short circuits. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to assess electronic fault symptom, implement electronic preliminary test, test electronics components, trace electronic signal, check electronic firmware and produce electronic troubleshooting activity reports. The outcome of this CU is a documented verification of the root cause of electronic equipment and appliance malfunctions along with proposed resolutions or repair recommendations in line with troubleshooting activities for electronic equipment and appliances. |
