Shampooing removes dirt, oil, and product build up from the scalp and hair, ensuring a fresh and clean base. While conditioning helps to replenish moisture, add softness, and improve the hair's overall texture and shine. These processes contribute to the hair's health, appearance, and feel, leaving it looking vibrant and well-cared-for. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to provide hair shampooing and conditioning consultation, carry out hair shampooing and conditioning and carry out hair drying. The outcome of this CU is clean, hydrated, and manageable hair that looks healthier and is easy to style, achieved through both high-quality care and sustainable practices that contribute to the well-being of the client and the environment. |

| Pra-Syarat | a) Competent in S960-008-2:2025-C01 Perform Hair Salon Maintenance, and b) The trainees must complete S960-008-2:2024-C02-W01: Provide hair shampooing and conditioning consultation, before proceeding to S960-008-2:2024-C02-W02 Carry out hair shampooing and conditioning, and S960-008-2:2024-C02-W03 Carry out hair drying. |
