The person who is competent in this CU should be able to carry out input supplies and farm equipment inventory, handle plantation input supply distribution, handle plantation inventory records, identify plantation manpower workforce need, identify plantation mechanisation needs and prepare plantation resources requisition documentation. The outcome of this CU is the cocoa plantation resources are well managed, and all resource management records are complete based on the organisation Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Good Agricultural Practices. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcomes of this competency are to enable the trainees to manage cocoa plantation effectively and that all resource management records are complete based on the organisation Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Good Agricultural Practices.
