| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in effective issue resolution and the person responsible for finding solutions to specific problems. The person who is competent in issues resolution shall be able to identify work issues, analyse the root cause of issues, execute problem solving, assess effectiveness of problem solving implementation and prepare problem solving report. The outcome of this competency is the ability to resolve predictable and unpredictable inconvenient events in accordance with company SOP and requirements. |
