The person who is competent in this CU should be able to perform pre-operational excavator inspection, inspect cargo condition, handle excavator, perform cargo trim at vessel hatch, perform cargo heap (receiving) / excavating (delivery) at warehouse / yard and perform post-operational excavator inspection. The outcome of this CU is the trimming and heaping handled safely without any incident to the excavator, port properties, vessel structure and cargo during pre-operation, execution operation and post operation in accordance with company SOP and job description. |
