| Penerangan CU | Aquatic Operational Management competency unit is to manage daily aquatic operation. The outcome of this competency unit is to ensure smooth delivery of operation as per requirements that take into account management of resources, compliance to regulations and most importantly to satisfy the client’s requirements through delivering a service that meets the standards/expectations of the clients. The person who is competent in this area shall be able to conduct operational performance review, carry out designation of job assignment, manage operational implementation, monitor operational performance, establish stakeholder relationship and prepare operational performance report in accordance with organization policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), customer requirements and regulatory/statutory/legislative bodies requirements. |
