| Penerangan CU | Aquatic Corporate Strategic Management competency unit is to manage aquatic business strategically with the optimization of available resources. The outcome of this competency unit is to ensure the business is being managed in accordance with regulatory/statutory/legislative bodies requirements, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and the industry standards (local/international) in order to achieve company objectives, mission and goal. The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to study organization performance, analyse operation strategies requirements, develop operational strategies, implement strategic work planning and prepare operational planning and strategies effectiveness report in accordance with regulatory/statutory/legislative bodies requirements and stakeholder expectations. |
