| Penerangan CU | Station Operation Monitoring describes the overall supervision of station operation resources such as manpower, infrastructures, facilities, and equipment throughout rail normal operating hours and special events. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to assess manpower availability, inspect station equipment, asses Passenger Information Display (PID), arrange special event requirement, monitor crowd movement and generate daily event log. The outcome of this CU is the equipment are functioning at the optimum level to serve customers and crowd movement is monitored according to SOP. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcomes of this competency are to enable the trainees to perform station operation monitoring efficiently and all equipment is functioning and crowd movement status is monitored according to SOP. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Assess manpower availability. 2. Inspect station equipment. 3. Assess Passenger Information Display (PID). 4. Arrange special event requirement. 5. Monitor crowd movement. 6. Generate daily event log. |
