| Penerangan CU | Photography Production Financial Management is a process of planning, organizing, monitoring, and controlling of the monetary resources of photography project that includes service pricelist, accommodation of shooting expenses, project expenses, company accounting report and annual returns. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to plan photography services packages, plan photography assignment budget allocation, plan equipment procurement budget, plan personnel development & recruitment budget, perform financial management report. The outcome of this competency is to ensure photography production and services are run according to company’s financial condition and strength. |
