| Penerangan CU | Car rental operational budgeting management is the process in managing approved allocation as to maintain the continuity of business operation, and the distribution of allocations is done in the most cost-efficient manner. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify car rental operational budget requirements, analyse budgetary information and documents, prepare budget planning, monitor, control and review existing budget, evaluate car rental operational budget accuracy and efficiency and report car rental operational budget activities. The outcome of this competency is to develop realistic and effective budget plan in accordance with company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and company’s policy. |
