| Penerangan CU | Intellectual Property (IP) Management describes the competency in developing and controlling IP registration. Intellectual Property rights are the legally recognised exclusive rights to creations of the mind. Under IP law, owners are granted certain exclusive rights to a variety of intangible assets. Common types of intellectual property rights include patents, copyright, industrial design rights, trademarks, trade dress, and in some jurisdictions trade secrets. A competent person in this CU shall be able to identify IP management requirements, develop new IP, manage existing IP and produce IP management report. The outcome of this competency is to develop new IP and managing existing IP according to company’s strategic goal and related acts. |
