| Penerangan CU | Medical Devices Production Staff Development describes the competency in improving and increasing capabilities of staff through education and training opportunities. Professional development helps build and maintain morale of staff members, and is thought to attract higher quality staff to an organization. A competent person in this CU shall be able to identify staff development requirements, manage manpower recruitment and staff welfare, produce department training plan, coordinate/ conduct actual training, perform staff performance appraisal, perform counselling & motivation session, manage manpower service termination and develop departmental succession plan. The outcome of this competency is to manage staff personal development needs and offering the most appropriate training for staff as to enhance their morale and productivity. |
