A competent person in this CU shall be able to analyse budgetary information and documents, prepare budget planning, control operating budget and evaluate operational budgeting accuracy and efficiency. The outcome of this competency is to develop realistic and effective budget plan in accordance with company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and policy. |
