Penerangan CU | Halal Poultry Slaughterhouse and Processing Monitoring describes the competency in monitoring the current status of production from incoming poultry, processing activities until outgoing product to the market A competent person in this CU shall be able to determine poultry slaughtering operations requirements, monitor incoming poultry supply, monitor pre slaughtering operation, monitor poultry stunning process, monitor Halalan toyyiban poultry slaughter practice, monitor Halal poultry post slaughtering operation, monitor Halal poultry slaughterhouse storage and distribution The outcome of this competency is to ensure Halal integrity of poultry based on the concept of effective quality management system in accordance with regulatory body (JAKIM) guidelines for Halal Assurance Management System and Malaysian Protocol for the Halal Meat and Poultry Productions. . To perform the CU, the competency owner is required to be a practicing Muslim and fully understands the process of pre and post slaughtering operations and Halal poultry slaughter practice |
