| Penerangan CU | Parts Assessment is a process of assessing the vehicle parts for further process of salvaging. The person who is competent in the salvaged parts & components assessment activities shall be able to perform ‘Go/No-Go’ parts & components checking, perform ‘go’ parts & components static test, perform ‘GO’ parts final inspection process and prepare parts assessment final report in accordance with the company policies, SOP & requirements. The outcome of this competency is to determine which parts can be used or cannot be used, to recycled or manufactured and to differentiate parts that are useful or not. |

| Pra-Syarat | There is no specific prerequisite for this competency unit. The minimum entry qualification is the candidates must have level 1 Malaysian Skill Certificates in Vehicle Maintenance & Service, TP-333-1:2014. |
