| Penerangan CU | Landfill Gas Plant Safety Assessment and Management describes the competencies required to monitor the Landfill Gas Plant (LFGP) operations compliance with Safety, Health and Environment requirements. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify potential safety risk, assess potential safety risks, implement safety risks control, monitor safety risk control, review safety risk assessment and involve Emergency Response Plan (ERP) team in risk management. The outcome of this competency is to ensure measurable results, continuously improving safety, health and environmental performance through all the detailed elements in the design of an LFGP to realize substantial savings, higher efficiency, and better compliance. |
