The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to analyse product and process performance, plan manufacturability improvement area, select improvement approached, propose process /product improvement and monitor process improvement and innovation effectiveness The outcome of this competency is to provide and enhance quality improvement which involving all level of employees.
