The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to coordinate tender document preparation, monitor Anaerobic Digester Biogas Plant (ADBP) project works, verify Anaerobic Digester Biogas Plant (ADBP) project works and manage Anaerobic Digester Biogas Plant (ADBP) project work claim. The outcome of this competency is to ensure ADBP operation is properly coordinated to achieve high efficiency, cost minimization, environmental conservation in compliance with relevant legislation, standard and guideline. |
