A competent person in this CU shall be able to prepare child meals schedule and menu, coordinate meal's raw materials preparation, prepare health & nutrition activities planning, coordinate meals preparation activities and verify health & nutrition activities report. The outcome of this competency is to avoid any health-related issues occurs in in daily operation. |
