The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify Production budget management requirements, analyse budgetary information and documents, prepare budget planning, analyse existing budget and evaluate production budget management efficiency The outcome of this competency is to develop realistic and effective budget plan in accordance with company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and company’s policy. |
