Penerangan CUSales & Marketing Management in retail banking refers to the management of all aspects related to sales and revenue of the branch. The Sales & Marketing Management personnel are responsible to lead the marketing team in performing tasks related to retail sales and services within the branch. It involves coaching and supervising the marketing team to achieve the highest sales revenue.

A competent person in Sales & Marketing Management (Retail Banking) shall be able to allocate sales target to branch team, supervise sales & marketing team and review sales performance in accordance with company’s SOP and authorities’ requirements.
