| Penerangan CU | Steel Melt Shop Production Processes Compliance Verification describes the competency in monitoring and evaluating production works or project from beginning to completion according to production requirements. A competent person in this CU shall be able to supervise steel making (Electric Arc Furnace), supervise molten steel refining (Ladle Furnace), supervise steel continuous casting operation, supervise incirculation hot ladle preparation, supervise steel plant refractory maintenance work, and supervise caster mould servicing work. The outcome of this competency is the ability to respond timely to issues related to production works in accordance with company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and product specifications. |
