| Penerangan CU | Station operations monitoring is the process of monitoring of station activities including passenger flow, station system and station equipment functionality using a control system. Station operations monitoring also provides immediate assistance and help in case of emergency situations. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to update daily event log, update area occupancy, monitor station activities, coordinate station system & equipment failure maintenance and coordinate public announcement according to control system operating manual and operations requirements. The outcome of this competency is to ensure smooth station operations by monitoring station operations performance to meet operations requirements. |
