| Penerangan CU | Component remediation consists of two types; namely the functional and cosmetic remediation. Component remediation includes cleaning, stripping, repainting, and resurfacing. It also includes the improvement of the finish wear surfaces, via vapour phase deposition or re-skimming in example. The person who is competent in component remediation shall be able to receive sorted parts, ascertain parts remedial-ability, perform remedial processes on parts, and perform finishing process. The outcome of this competency is to ensure component remediation’s are performed to confirm that the components meet specified performance criteria. |
