| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in ultrasonic equipment and accessories maintenance and calibration. He or She is responsible in verifying equipment and accessories quantity against checklist record and verify the equipment and accessories functionality and confirm any abnormalities. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to review equipment and accessories against issuance checklist record, review UT equipment and accessories functionality, confirm equipment and accessories abnormality (if any) and plan UT equipment and accessories maintenance and scheduled calibration. The outcome of this CU is to establish competency of UT personnel who are able to verify the need for maintenance and calibration of ultrasonic equipment and accessories in accordance with an approved equipment maintenance and calibration procedures. |
