He or She is responsible in setting up UT equipment and to select the approved technique for ultrasonic work execution. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to acquire UT inspection procedure, set up UT equipment, adopt UT inspection technique and execute UT scanning on area of interest, mark area with UT indications and analyse UT indications. The outcome of this CU is to establish competency for UT personnel in ultrasonic technique execution. |
