| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in ultrasonic work planning He or She is responsible in determining which approved UT procedure to be used and also responsible in selecting types of UT equipment and accessories for use as per equipment checklist and work requirements. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to review approved UT procedure for welded component, prepare equipment issuance checklist, select equipment and accessories, identify and mark inspection area of interest and prepare specimen surface for ultrasonic inspection. The outcome of this CU is to establish knowledge and competency on UT personnel the importance of carrying out work planning, so as to ensure UT work is carried out efficiently |
