| Penerangan CU | Injection blow moulding is used for the Production of hollow objects in large quantities. The main applications are bottles, jars and other containers. The Injection blow moulding process produces bottles of superior visual and dimensional quality compared to extrusion blow moulding The CU title describes the competency in Injection Blow Moulding Production. The person who performs this task do an activity to execute injection blow moulding processes to produce the product such as mineral water or carbonated drinks bottle with PET materials. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify injection blow moulding production requirements, carry out injection blow moulding production mould set-up, coordinate injection blow moulding production, carry out injection blow moulding production machine setting, carry out injection blow moulding production process, carry out product finishing process and report injection blow moulding production. The outcome of this competency is to produce a variety of plastic parts such as mineral water bottle carbonated drinks bottle, cooking oil bottle in accordance with Product Specification, Standard Operating Procedure and customer requirements |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to produce a variety of plastic parts such as mineral water bottle, carbonated drinks bottle, cooking oil bottle in accordance with Product Specification, Standard Operating Procedure and customer requirements. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to:- • Identify injection blow moulding production requirements. • Carry out injection blow moulding production mould set-up. • Coordinate injection blow moulding production. • Carry out injection blow moulding production machine setting. • Carry out injection blow moulding production process. • Carry out product finishing process. • Report injection blow moulding production. |
