| Penerangan CU | Monitors an activity of maintenance machines and mould in order to prevent faults from occurring. The maintenance activities are not including the major breakdown services and all maintenance activities assigned for the maintenance personnel/ department. The CU title describes the competency in machine ad mould maintenance monitoring The person who performs this task do an activity to monitor the mould and machine maintenance activity which include the identifying, coordinating, conducting and confirming the maintenance activity. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify machine and mould preventive maintenance requirements, coordinate machine and mould preventive maintenance activities, assess machine preventive maintenance, assess mould maintenance include verify plastics machine and mould condition. The outcome of this competency is to ensure every machine and mould in a production process always functions in good condition and performs its required task and its output rate is never disrupted according to machine manual, job/work instructions, Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirements as well as company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). 2 |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to ensure every machine and mould in a production process always functions in good condition and performs its required task and its output rate is never disrupted according to machine manual, job/work instructions, Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirements as well as company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to:- • Identify machine and mould preventive maintenance requirements • Coordinate blow moulding machine and mould preventive maintenance. • Assess machine preventive maintenance • Assess mould maintenance • Verify blow moulding machine and mould condition. |
