| Penerangan CU | Trouble shooting process is an activity to overcome any product problem or defect appears during operation. This activity will be start from the product defect until the product accepted by customer. The CU title describes the competency in Process Trouble Shooting and Improvement. The person who perform this task do an activity to minimizing cost, maximizing throughput, and/or efficiency in production activities including identifying, leading the team, facilitating and monitoring the improvement project. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to conduct trouble shooting activity, identify opportunities for improvement, lead team to innovative work practices and facilitate process change. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the improvement activity to increase the product output in the production ad to minimize the down time according to standard operation procedure in optimization. |
