| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in Mould Maintenance. The person who perform this task do the activity to maintain the performance of mould in order to prevent faults from occurring. The maintenance activities are not including the major breakdown services and all maintenance activities assigned for the maintenance personnel/ department. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify mould for preventive maintenance requirements, check mould condition, carry out mould maintenance and confirm final mould condition. The outcome of this competency is to ensure every mould in a production process always functions in good condition and performs its required task and its output rate is never disrupted according to job/work instructions, Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirements as well as company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to ensure every mould in a production process always functions in good condition and performs its required task and its output rate is never disrupted according to job/work instructions, Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirements as well as company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to:- • Identify mould for preventive maintenance requirements. • Check mould condition. • Carry out mould maintenance. • Confirm final mould condition. |
