| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in Mass Production. The person who perform this task do the activity to execute blow moulding processes for the fabrication of plastic parts from thermoplastic material by heating the material to a fluid state and extruding it into a mould. Then the compressed air will be blown to form the required product shape. The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to identify plastics blow moulding production requirements, perform machine start up, carry out production sample, execute the production process, check interval product sample and perform machine shut down. The outcome of this competency is to produce a variety of plastic such as bottle, container and other parts with a hollow shape in accordance with Product Specification, Standard Operating Procedure and customer requirements. |
