| Penerangan CU | By ensuring the machine shall be in good conditions in all aspects, especially the safety unit, the oil level in the tank and the lube pump shall be above the centreline; there is the machine preparation job requirement. Future more the cooling water and the power supply shall be ready. The CU title describes the competency in Machine Preparation. The person who perform this task do the preparation the machine as good for standby condition before mould set up. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to check machine system and main component condition, check air and water supply, check machine sensor and check machine safety devices. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the machine is in a tip top condition, this will eliminate any down time after mould change. |
