| Penerangan CU | The High End Instrument Operation describes the competency in analysing sample using laboratory’s high end instrument to produce accurate test result. A competent person in this CU shall be able to handle various microscopic instruments, handle Genetic Analyser, handle Real Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT PCR) Instrument and handle Mass Spectrometer for proteomics analysis. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the laboratory personnel is capable to operate molecular biology high end instrument confidently in accordance with laboratory Standard Operating Procedure, instrument manual and work instructions. |
