The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to carry out daily briefing, prepare work schedule, carry out job distribution, Supervise work progress performance, conduct section meeting, Carry out staff coaching, control inventory and prepare appraisal recommendation. The outcome of this competency is to provide excellent supervision on plastic injection mould operation according to company policy, rules and regulations. |
