Penerangan CUHuman resources coordination is the act of organizing, making different people or things work together for a goal or effect to fulfill desired goals in an organization. Coordination is a managerial function in which different activities of the business are properly adjusted and interlinked.as: "The people that staff and operate an organization"; as contrasted with the financial and material resources of an organization. Human Resources are also the organizational function that deals with the people and issues related to people such as compensation, hiring, performance, and training.

The person who is competent shall be able to assess human resource coordination activities, endorse human resource coordination activities report and update human resource coordination activities information.

The outcome of the competency is to ensure that human resources coordination are focused on retaining the talent, training and development, professional development, benefit and compensation, and knowledge held by the workforce according to the organisational Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
